Strategic Planning, Organizational Development and Capacity Building
The New Economy Development Group team works closely with public and private sector organizations in planning for the future. The team promotes strategic planning processes that are comprehensive, participatory and action-oriented. It aims to assist clients to prepare for transition and to recognize opportunities through the design and implementation of customized training programs and materials.
